This 3.9 million dollar renovation and addition provided ten new classrooms, media center, computer lab, nine toilet rooms, cafeteria serving area and a new administration suite. The exterior upgrades included new irrigation system, landscaping, parking lot, lights and tot lot.

Medical Arts Complex II was a forty thousand square foot multi-level medical office building located in Roswell. Holloway Construction was recommended and awarded the project because of our long history in the Roswell community, our past performance of workmanship and our attention to detail. This project was completed on time and within budget.

This project was a 5.8 million dollar renovation and addition. It was a complete interior demolition and up-dating with new electrical, communication, HVAC, plumbing and finishes in over fifty thousand square feet of classrooms, science labs, administrative offices, multipurpose room and kitchen. The exterior work consisted of new windows, new metal soffit and fascia, new roof and new landscaping to accommodate over 500 students.

From the exterior Medical Arts Building III is a mirror image of Medical Arts Complex II. Holloway Construction was selected and awarded this project because of the past relationship and respect earned from the owners construction management team from the previous project. This building was a forty thousand square foot multi-level medical office building. The project was completed on schedule and within budget. Rick Lepre, Vice President of Barr and Barr, the owner’s construction management firm, was very pleased after the final walk through with the architects. He informed Holloway Construction this was the first project that he had been associated with that had no punch list after the architect’s final inspection.
